Do Energy Conservation Programs Save Money?

“If you can’t explain it to a six-year-old, you don’t understand it yourself.”
– Albert Einstein

Money As the climate change industry continues to spend trillions of dollars over the idea that humans are somehow responsible for our climate changing over the millennia, presenting skewed data that favors their hypothesis, we continue to be forced to pay taxes for carbon credits and to subsidize with taxpayer dollars the solar and wind energy around the globe, receiving in return inadequate amounts of expensive energy that does nothing to address the energy needs of the planet and causes a multitude of other problems that affect the environment, humans, and animals. Energy Poverty Around the World

Baragan fields of wind turbines wikipediaThe global warming/climate change industry has been aggressively pushing renewable energy, wind, solar, and biofuels for a long time even though the economies of various industrialized countries need much more energy than what renewables generate. Smart Meters and Shopping

Samples of Smart Meters

I went shopping today for a pair of pants. I was hoping it would only take a few minutes. How difficult could that be in the land of plenty? As I entered the large department store, I was greeted by stifling heat and humidity. This particular department store chain uses smart meters, cycled and controlled by the power company from a remote location in order to “save” them money. Customers and employees suffer because a small group of elites have managed to convince and bribe bureaucrats and politicians into pushing the agenda of non-existent global warming. Continue reading

Abundant Energy Supply Strangled by Environmentally Driven Regulations

The Committee on Energy and Commerce convened on March 25, 2014 to hear testimony on H.R. 6, the “Domestic Prosperity and Global Freedom Act,” introduced by Rep. Cory Gardner. This bill was precipitated by the Energy Information Administration’s statement that “America’s natural gas has been raising since 2006. EIA projects such increases to continue through 2040, and expects domestic production of natural gas to remain well above domestic demand.”

Are Germany’s High Electricity Rates Coming to the United States?

Environmentalists have told us that we must reduce the escalating levels of CO2 or we risk a complete meltdown of our entire global ice cap and massive planetary destruction. Not only is the ice cap 60 percent larger this year but we have been in a cooling period for the past 16 years. Even the United Nation’s expert on global warming, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), had to admit that their computer modeling predicting global warming Armageddon was wrong.
